A similar trend that has emerged in our travels, Amman was a place for us to chill & recollect ourselves. We did a couple of loads of much needed laundry, grabbed dinner from the same spot every night, and hunted for a bag of coffee beans. Our experience with Jordan & its people is significantly improved from our first impression a few days prior. Everyone has been incredibly kind. We caught up on blog posts, watched a bit of Netflix, and slept. On our last day, we walked through the town to visit the well-preserved Roman ruins during Golden Hour. We're very happy we walked the 40 minutes instead of grabbing an uber; the city is very cool & it seems like such a livable space. We could have done so much more both around Amman & in Jordan, but we needed rest.
