During our brief two-night stay in Bangkok, our focus was firmly fixed on the culinary delights of the street. We indulged in Banana Pancakes and Pad Thai on Khao San Road and ventured deep into the heart of Chinatown, ranked among the world's best places for street food.

But street food was not the only thing on our agenda. We dabbled in the art of fake Rolex shopping at the MBK Center, trying on a plethora of watches, but ultimately choosing to leave empty-handed.

We caught up with Narissa, an old colleague who now calls Bangkok home, and at her suggestion, we explored the city's vibrant nightlife, starting with Tropic City, recently ranked as the #24 best bar in the world.
